AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and supervise staff while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred), BLS certification, and strong EMR proficiency. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm with one weekend per month; sign-on and relocation incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, EMR systems.
• Ability to read/write/speak English effectively.
• Clear communication with patients, staff, physicians, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and re-evaluates patients using recommended techniques.
• Establishes and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and activity frequency.
• Documents care accurately and timely using objective terminology.
