Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide PRN daytime coverage in the Physical Therapy department. You will design care plans, deliver hands-on treatments, and monitor patient progress to restore mobility and independence.

Best candidates hold a US PT license (OK) with BLS in place within 30 days and a bachelor’s degree (master’s/doctorate preferred). Retirement and well-being resources are offered.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• PT credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date; temporary letters accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt goal-oriented care plans with patients and families.
• Deliver hands-on PT treatments using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Evaluate patient progress and refine approaches to ensure effective care.
• Lead and mentor therapy assistants and students to maintain clinical excellence.
