Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a weekend shift, PRN position in Tulsa, OK. You will evaluate and treat patients under physician referrals, develop goals and plans to restore function, and collaborate with a team focused on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed or eligible for Oklahoma license.
• BLS certification within 14 days and before providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care under physician Referral, including patient evaluations, treatment and establishment of goals and treatment plans to restore highest functional level.
• Assist in the development and ongoing advancement of the Physical Therapy Department to meet goals and objectives.

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Licensed or eligible for Oklahoma license

BLS certification within 14 days

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma by the board of medical examiners.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days and before providing direct patient care.
