Job summary

Mercy Home Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate home-based care, helping patients regain mobility and independence. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team and use advanced technology to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Active PA Physical Therapist license.
• Knowledge of Home Health Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Home healthcare experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health PT care to improve mobility and independence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Working knowledge of home health Conditions of Participation preferred

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
