Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking full-time Physical Therapists in Chicago to expand access to transformative care. You will evaluate, educate, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to design personalized treatment plans.

The role offers a starting base salary of $90,000+ per year, monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
