Armor Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our clinician‑led team. Our daily work centers on patient‑first care, compassionate communication, and strong relationships with patients, families, and the care team. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or license-eligible in the state where the clinic operates.
• Compassionate mindset and commitment to building long-term patient relationships.
• Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership.
