Job summary

Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. You’ll work in a patient-first environment with structured mentorship and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor and guide students or teammates when appropriate.
