Job summary

Elite Physical Therapy, part of Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. You’ll work in a patient-first environment with mentorship, a clear career pathway, and the freedom to practice the way you were trained.

Qualifications

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
Interest in mentorship and professional growth
Desire to build long-term patient relationships

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
