Job summary

Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is expanding and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in Jacksonville, NC. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with PTAs and clinic staff in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset with ability to build long-term patient relationships.
• Interest in clinical and professional growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Complete documentation using AgileRPM.
