Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team. You’ll practice patient-first care, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.
Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
