Job summary

Border Therapy Services, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team at the El Paso Gateway Clinic. You’ll practice in a patient-first environment with strong mentorship and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor and support students or teammates when appropriate.
