Job summary

Border Therapy Services, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for the Hondo Pass Clinic in El Paso, TX.

You will evaluate and treat patients with evidence-based plans, build strong patient relationships, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver patient-centered care. New grads and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply; mentorship, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence‑based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one‑on‑one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team‑oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long‑term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
