Back In Motion Physical Therapy in Dover Foxcroft, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team, focused on patient-first care and building strong patient relationships.

We provide AGILE EMR built by PTs, unlimited CEU budget with MedBridge, structured mentorship, a Clinical Leadership Pathway, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or licensure eligible.
• Compassionate mindset with long-term patient relationships.
• Interest in growing clinically within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
