Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state regulations certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes and discharges.
• Stay updated on new PT techniques and integrate them appropriately.
