Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help them regain function.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. We offer growth through mentorship for new grads, free CEUs, visa sponsorship options, and relocation support as part of our commitment to

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years PT experience acceptable.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in facility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
