Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Address the whole patient and tailor programs to individual goals.
• Support patients in returning to daily activities and mobility.
