Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team in Mishawaka, Indiana. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to help patients regain strength and independence.

This role requires a current PT license in the state, a Master's in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree with active state license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• Ability to develop patient-centric recovery plans and deliver PT services.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
