Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT in facility settings under the Director of Rehab. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient independence and functional recovery.

You must hold a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice and have a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or Master’s + Bachelor’s as described). Relocation and visa sponsorship are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT + Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in in-facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
