Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy, collaborating with the Director of Rehab and peers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.

• Licensed PT in good standing with eligibility for practice in the state(s) of operation.

• Provide physical therapy to patients in a facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver PT treatment and collaborate with rehab team to optimize outcomes.
