Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, plan recovery programs, and provide in-facility physical therapy. You will work with a multidisciplinary team under the Director of Rehab, focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed.
