Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will evaluate patients, design recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's in a related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience.
• Degree/Certificate outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients in a facility.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
• Develop recovery plans and deliver targeted PT interventions.
