Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy with a patient-centered approach.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and continued education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. PT degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop recovery plans; deliver physical therapy.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with rehab team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
