Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations certifications.
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and utilize various therapies.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
