Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Corydon, Indiana clinic. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans of care, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain. You will track outcomes and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist and ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam using clinical reasoning.
• Develop, adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adapt approaches based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.
