Job summary

Banner Health in Greeley, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, administer, and supervise PT treatment. Approximately 50% of caseload focuses on patients with lymphedema and lipedema through our MD Anderson Cancer Center partnership; the remaining 50% covers neurological and orthopedic cases.

A background in lymphedema is not required. Shifts Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6pm, about 24 hours/week, with a full-time option.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care.
• Implement and adjust physical therapy treatments.
• Document assessment and progress.
• Communicate with care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate within department.
• Participate in department meetings and process improvements.
• Interact with diverse teams and external contacts regarding patient care.
