Job summary

Westminster Towers is a large upscale Active Living Community and Health Center in Orlando, FL. We seek a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and treat a general rehab caseload, supervising staff and contributing to program development.

Weekend availability is required. Prior long-term care, med-surg, or home health experience is desirable, and a lymphedema certification is required to join our Westminster family.

Qualifications

• Florida licensed Physical Therapist required.
• 1 year of long term care desirable.
• Experience with Med-surg, Home Health helpful.
• Lymphedema certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat physical conditions to restore function and mobility.
• Design and carry out Care Plans.
• Supervise licensed therapists, assistants, technicians, aides and students as required.
• Maintain timely documentation and update the system.
• Perform Resident Home Assessments and discharge/ admission screenings.
