Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and grow your clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Indiana licensure, and CPR certification. New graduates welcome; weekend flexibility and day-one benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs.

Reimbursement for Lymphedema Certification training up to $6000.00

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
