Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will assess, treat, and guide patients through personalized recovery plans, working with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana
• Current CPR certification
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and prepare discharge recommendations
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, rehab techs, and volunteers
• Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs

Reimbursement for Lymphedema Certification training up to $6000.00

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your own clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
