Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Indiana licensure as an OT and current CPR certification.
• New graduates welcome; previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on goals, progress, and home programs.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized occupational therapy services for patients with lymphedema
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program

Licensure & Certifications

• Certified Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana
• Current CPR certification
