Job summary

Ivy Health in Forest City, NC is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team delivering therapy services. You’ll provide high‑quality PT care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group across physical, occupational, speech therapy and ABA services.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000–$95,000 with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, EAP, 401(k) with match, and up to 20 PTO days with holidays and CEU support.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
