Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across diverse care communities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning aligned with our standards.

The role includes supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and pursuing continuing education to advance clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
