Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities in South Carolina. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge when appropriate, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure compliant, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices.
• Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management.
• The therapist upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
