Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

In this full-time role, you will maintain documentation, lead clinical staff, and ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare rules. A California license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) during shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care: evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Documentation: maintain timely records of goals, progress, and necessity.
• Leadership: supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Compliance: adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
