Connectly Recruiting seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Oakland, CA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.
Core duties include clinical care, timely documentation, staff leadership, and strict compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited PT program graduation, current state licensure, and CPR certification are required.
Competenze
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) during shift.
Mansioni
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
