Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary therapy.
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering care.
• Adhere to state practice acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
