Henderson Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes across a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive documentation, ongoing care planning, leadership of the therapy team, and strict adherence to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
