This role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, active state licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) through shifts.

Responsabilités

• Clinical care: Evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
