Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations while handling a full patient caseload. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.
Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
