Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 9-week W-2 contract in Alturas, California. The role involves evaluating patients, shaping individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and clinicians to drive progress.

You will participate in department coordination, staff development, and quality improvement in a hands-on, leadership-oriented team setting. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Total Compensation: $68.89-$72.62/hour*

Help patients rebuild movement and confidence while contributing to a close-knit rehabilitation team. Evaluate patients, shape individual treatment plans and work with families and fellow clinicians to turn functional goals into progress. This assignment also offers opportunities to support department coordination, staff development and quality improvement-an engaging mix of hands-on care and collaborative leadership.

• 9-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week; weekly hours are not guaranteed.
• January 4, 2027 start.
• Any call coverage and additional compensation are confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Active California physical therapist license.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, communication and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $37.22-$40.95.
