Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week W-2 assignment in King City, California, with an even split between inpatient and outpatient care. Total Compensation: $55.21–$58.10/hour*

Bring variety to your physical therapy practice with an assignment split approximately evenly between inpatient and outpatient care. Evaluate mobility needs, develop individualized treatment plans and help patients work toward meaningful recovery goals. Collaborate with the hospital team while using your skills across different stages of rehabilitation, from acute needs to progress toward everyday activities.

Assignment Overview

• 13-week W-2 contract; 5 openings
• Variable shifts, including weekends; holiday coverage is required.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week. The hourly-equivalent compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Any assigned standby or callback coverage has additional compensation confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Active California physical therapist license.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy.
• Current BLS.
• Availability for variable schedules that include weekends and holiday coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $25.00–$27.89.
