Domnovate is seeking a licensed California Physical Therapist for a 9-week W-2 contract in Alturas, CA. You will evaluate patients, shape personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinicians to achieve functional progress.

Job description

Total Compensation: $70.06–$73.79/hour*

Help patients rebuild movement and confidence while contributing to a close-knit rehabilitation team. Evaluate patients, shape individual treatment plans and work with families and fellow clinicians to turn functional goals into progress. This assignment also offers opportunities to support department coordination, staff development and quality improvement—an engaging mix of hands-on care and collaborative leadership.

Assignment Overview

• Alturas, California 96101
• 9-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week; weekly hours are not guaranteed.
• Proposed October 28 start, pending facility confirmation.
• Any call coverage and additional compensation are confirmed before an offer.

What You Bring

• Active California physical therapist license.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, communication and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $38.39–$42.12.
