Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide comprehensive PT services across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The role involves evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
The candidate should have a DPT/MS/BS in Physical Therapy, maintain required CEUs, hold a Georgia license or compact privileges, and possess BCLS certification. Prior experience preferred.
Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence. Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Provides patient care to all age groups to include pediatric, adult and geriatric. Responsible for the care of patients treated by physical therapist assistants. May be responsible for orientation and ongoing guidance of assigned staff.
