Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, adapting plans as needed.
• Perform examinations and determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Conduct transfers with safe body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families using clear, effective methods.
• Document thoroughly in the therapy EMR and ensure coding accuracy.
