Job summary

Talin Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, improving function and quality of life. You will collaborate with a care team to develop customized plans and ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements include a Physical Therapy degree and clinical experience; strong anatomy knowledge; discharge planning familiarity; and excellent communication. Travel to Fairfax County and Fairfax City, Virginia will be required as part of home health

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience in orthopedics or home health care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is essential.
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and teams.
