Job summary

Talin Home Healthcare in Alexandria, VA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality in-home therapy. You will assess patients, design personalized care plans, and apply interventions to improve daily living and independence.

You will travel to Fairfax City, Fairfax County, Arlington and surrounding areas, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and educate families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and occupational health principles.
• Experience in case management and working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and teams.
• Ability to develop effective care plans addressing individual patient needs.
• Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
