Job summary

Avamere Rehab of Clackamas in Gladstone, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This PRN role offers flexible schedules and shifts, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work as available.

As a PTA at Avamere, you will work under a licensed PT, communicate with patients and families, maintain documentation, and contribute to a collaborative, resident-centered approach across departments. Oregon licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Oregon with an approved PTA program.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with patients and families.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes on established patient treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Provides timely documentation per facility requirements.
• Supports department operations and development.
• Reports changes in patient status to supervising therapist promptly.
