Job summary

Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy services in accordance with applicable standards. You will document care, collaborate with disciplines, and ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.

You will support OT Assistants, develop treatment goals, implement programs, and coordinate with physicians to optimize patient health and function.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as an OT in the assigned state.

Responsibilities

• Support OT Assistants with periodic training to improve patient care.
• Maintain documentation of all treatment and prepare required reports.
• Provide therapeutic procedures and a full range of therapy services for referrals.
• Develop documented treatment goals and written programs based on evaluations.
• Administer manual exercises and instruct patients in activities and devices.
• Record progress in charts and educate patients/families for home care.
• Evaluate, fit and adjust prosthetic/orthotic devices; coordinate with physicians.
