Job summary

Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center in Watsontown, PA is seeking a dedicated Full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join its in-house rehabilitation team. The role focuses on person-centered care, individualized treatment plans, and collaborative practice with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active PA PT license and good standing; SNF/long-term care experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome, with competitive compensation and benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active and valid PA Physical Therapy license.
• In good standing with licensing boards.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult patients to understand rehab goals.
• Evaluate patients and interpret evaluation findings.
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans.
• Provide treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Document care accurately and timely per policy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Attend required meetings and duties designated by the Director of Rehabilitation.
