Job summary

Apple Health and Rehabilitation in Yakima, WA seeks a Full-time Physical Therapist to join an in-house therapy team. You will assess referred patients, provide direct PT care, and collaborate with a skilled group to advance rehabilitation outcomes.

The role supports extensive onboarding, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT assessments of referred patients to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise rehabilitation to improve function.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
