Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- DPT or equivalent degree required.
- CPR certification and state regulatory compliance.
- Strong clinical skills in PT modalities (ortho/neuro/geriatric).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT assessments to determine functional goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Maintain accurate progress documentation and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and prevention.
